What shipping carriers and services do you offer?
We ship via Courier Post and offer their most economical service. Courier Post has next business day delivery to most centres in the North Island. South Island customers can expect 2 day delivery but if the gods are smiling it is sometimes next business day

We do offer NZC as an alternative courier but they don't deliver to Post Office Boxes we tend not to use them that often.
Local deliveries in Auckland are done by Fastway Couriers

How do I know how much the shipping and handling will be?
Cost is based on either $2.50 per item or $10 per order

Is there a packaging & handling fee?
Most items are small and don't require a lot of packaging. We the team decide the item needs to be packed a little better than normal we will contact you by email if there is a cost.

Will I need to sign on delivery?
A signature is normally required for delivery for your protection against theft. If no one will be there to sign for it, please contact us prior to shipment and we will make arrangements. The signature required cannot be changed after shipment per Courier Post policy.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment must be cleared before we ship the item(s). PayPal "Instant Payment" eChecks take approximately 4 business days to process from your bank account. PayPal Instant Payments via credit card really are instant (unless you do not have a confirmed address). Money orders take a while too since they have to go through the USPS mail system. We usually ship most item(s) within 12 business days of payment clearing. This is just an estimate. If you need it shipped right away, please email us and we will see what we can do. We normally ship Monday through Friday and are closed on major holidays.

Will you ship outside of New Zealand?
We would like to offer our items to everyone, but generally we do not ship internationally due to previous problems that we've experienced with overseas sales.

When will my item(s) be shipped?
We usually ship within a couple of business days of the payment clearing.* This is just an estimate. We will not ship the item(s) until our Bank lets us know that payment has cleared and that we can proceed with shipping. Larger or unusually shaped items may take a little longer for proper packaging. Also if we have large volumes of shipments this may slow down the shipping as well. If you are in a hurry to receive your item, please let us know and we will see if we can ship it sooner; You also may want arrange for us to change from Courier Post to another courier method and pay additional shipping (Please contact us before paying and we will let you know the new shipping total).

*Please Note: The different methods of sending money via PayPal take different amounts of time for payment to be processed. For example, PayPal "Instant" eCheck payments are NOT instant and usually take 4 business days, rather than instant payment with a credit or debit card . PayPal will tell you the estimated clearing time during the payment process. PayPal tells us not to ship an item paid via and eCheck until it clears. (We do not know why they call it an instant payment). Business days are Monday through Friday and do NOT include the weekend or holidays.

Returns & Exchanges


ENC unconditionally guarantees all products we sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace defective items or issue a refund for any defective item you wish to return.

If you're not satisfied with the quality of an item, don't hesitate to return it. We will gladly exchange any item that you're not completely happy with.
Please note the following limitations:
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Items that are used and not in the original packaging cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
Items purchased from the ENC Online Store cannot be exchanged or returned at any retail location.

To Make a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason besides defect (see limitations above), you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will ship your replacement item at no additional shipping charge.

All you need to do is email the team at ENC, returns@easynet.co.nz remembering to indicate the order number, item number. We will then decide whether a replacment will be sent. Ship the item(s) back in any box or envelope. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking, as ENC is not responsible for any lost shipments.

If Your Order is Defective
If your order either contains the wrong item(s) or defective items, we'll not only pay the return shipping charges but also send you your indicated replacement(s) with free shipping as well.

Contact customer service during office hours, on +64 9 537 2771, Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm NZT. An agent will process your request and assist you with return shipping.

If You Request a Refund
When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return, usually within two weeks.

If You Request a Replacement
When the returned item(s) is received, we immediately process a new order for your replacement item(s) and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge. You may see a new charge on your credit card statement, but the value of your returned item will be credited back with our Returns Department has completed processing your return, usually within two weeks.
